About Me
I'm Shanelle Roberts. As a creative problem solver who has struggled in the past with setting healthy boundaries in the workplace, I want to share the lessons I've learned and several tools and techniques to help you overcome your fear of creating and enforcing healthy boundaries.
I don't traffic in abstract theories, nor do I seek to sweep you up in a sea of emotionalism that marks many of today's popular self-help gurus, only to have you crash and burn when the experience is over. I am sharing with you the things I've done to help myself overcome chronic narcissistic abuse, toxic work environments, and other such traumatic experiences. Let the lessons I've learned from a lifetime of pain, save you from the same mistakes I've made.
I've worked in companies of all sizes - non-profits to Fortune 100 companies - whose leadership demanded their employees be available at all hours of the day, 7 days a week if you wanted to have any sort of career mobility. I've also worked with entrepreneurs who work themselves to the bone, yet still don't accomplish the goals they've set for themselves or their business because they fail to create the right kind of boundaries to help them maximize their time and pockets of genius.
