To be taught and mentored by Shanelle has been the greatest privilege of my career. She has an endless amount of knowlege and it is true gift to be able to observe how she works. Shanelle is an invaluable educator and anyone who gets to work with her should consider themselves lucky. She's intelligent, creative, understanding and an absolute inspiration.
Very few people have the opportunity to be taught by someone who truly cares about her students and is also a phenomenal mentor, as I had when I was taught by Shanelle as my instructor at General Assembly. Shanelle Roberts has a great creative mind! Shanelle has been called upon several times to work on both minor and major projects with TMO when UX design is needed! She does an excellent job of reviewing project needs with stakeholders. Quickly assessing the need and developing a clear picture and timeline to reach the project objectives. In short time she is able to organize the project and provide realistic milestones and timelines to develop and implement the web designs for both Mobile and web pages. Her creativity is an asset to any team, she is able to take current UX design and provide updated wireframes and design that enhance the logical and visual appearance to the end user! Her attention to detail and understanding customer reactions to a design further helps to create a fun and smooth running experience!
